It Occurred To Me…

that Gary Vaynerchuk is right.

In Crush It! he says,

“Live Your Passion. What does that mean, anyway? It means that when you get up for work every morning, every single morning, you are pumped because you get to talk about or work with or do the thing that interests you the most in the world.”

I’m just reviewing what I did this weekend. I had so much fun! I spent time with my son and my daughter on Saturday. Then today, Sunday, I spent the day planning a new eBook. The day flew by. I had as much fun on Sunday as I did on Saturday and at no time did I feel like I was working.

Wait, that’s not exactly true. I also did laundry. That felt like work.

So when a friend of mine called this afternoon and asked what I was doing, I told her, “I’m outlining a new eBook.” She told me I needed to take time off and have some fun.

Well, I don’t take time off from life and I was having a blast!
