Meet the ePro Team
Welcome to ePro Virtual Assistance, I’m Sandra; a Professional Virtual Assistant specializing in Web Content and Internet Marketing Support Services
So, what does that mean?
Well, it means that I have a passion for helping Internet Marketing Entrepreneurs succeed. The Internet and opportunities for businesses are evolving literally minute by minute and it’s easy to get lost in the maze. It’s important that you have a focused strategy to bring a Return on Investment and achieve your goals.
So what makes me think I can help you? Ok, here’s the part where I toot my own horn.
Sounds good, you say, but what skills do you bring to the table?
Well, I’m an excellent communicator (come on, you can tell that already, can’t you?)
I have excellent analytic and problem solving abilities.
For example, I can tell that you are skeptical and need a little convincing. Let’s schedule a free 20 minute consultation and talk about what you need. I’ll analyze the information you give me and then present you with a plan to solve your problems – your internet marketing problems, that is. And I won’t use strong arm sales tactics (much) and if I can’t help or I don’t know, I promise to tell you. And I have a network of wonderful Professional Virtual Assistants that may be able to help you if I can’t.
I am self-disciplined and well organized and I have no idea how to demonstrate that here so could you just take my word for it? Thanks.
I have excellent computer and internet skills that I hope are demonstrated on this site.
I am highly motivated – just check this out!
And did I mention I have a lot of experience? Here’s my LinkedIn Profile with all the nitty gritty details.
OK, so her name is really Elisabeth and while she is my daughter, she is also a Virtual Assistant for ePro Virtual Assistance.
It took me several years to convince her to come to work with me but she finally did in September of 2012. She has been working on everything from website setup and configuration to social media and content writing for both ePro and our clients.
But would she write her own “About Me” page?
I’ve been bugging her to do this page for months. I suppose she doesn’t want to toot her own horn. But you know what? I’m her Mom and I certainly will.
OK, I know I’m a bit biased but I think she’s amazing. Don’t believe me? Read on, Oh Skeptical Reader:
Elisabeth is a problem solving, teamwork building, creative communicator.
Or so says her resume.
It also says:
A motivated, detail oriented professional with over 8 years of well-rounded work experience including organizational development, working under pressure, commitment, and resiliency. Highly proficient in identifying actual and potential problem areas and implementing solutions to ensure quality, adherence to schedule, and cost effectiveness.
So what the heck does that mean? It means she’s amazing. See, I told you so!
Need some proof? OK, here you go…
Before I (finally) convinced her to come to work with me, Elisabeth had the typical “teenager” jobs. She was a Sales Associate with Bath and Body Works (I miss the discount!), served as the Operations Manager at Sprinkles and Scoops (I miss the ice cream!) and bagged groceries at Spencer’s Markets (where she finally learned some organizational skills!).
But Elisabeth really cut her teeth as a Customer Service Representative for Fusion Contact Centers. Fusion provides tech support for Zynga Games such as FarmVille and Mafia Wars. The thing about Zynga customers is that they are serious about their games. Way too serious. So when they call in, they want to be treated as if their issue is a matter of life and death. In this environment, Elisabeth received a Customer Service Award for 2010-11 and achieved the highest customer service rating for 2010-11. Pretty cool, dontcha think?
She’s Pretty Darn Smart, too.
Elisabeth spent her preschool years wearing frilly girly-girl dresses with tights and digging for rolly-pollies with the boys. And she hasn’t changed. No, she doesn’t wear tights anymore and she hasn’t brought me any slimy creatures lately but she still has her own unique style. And it serves her well.
She survived high school at my Alma Mater, St. Joseph High School where she was:
- Captain of the Varsity Distance Track team, 2005-09
- Member of the Associated Student Body, 2005-09
- Co-Captain of the Varsity Cross Country team, 2006-09
- And graduated with a 3.8 GPA, 2005-09
On to those
wild and wonderful College years:
Having graduated in 2012 with an A.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences and an A.S. in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Elisabeth is now sitting on a beach, claiming to be working toward her Bachelor’s in International Business. I mean, if you’re gonna travel, you might as well get paid to do it!
So now, when you work with ePro Virtual Assistance you get our two heads, which are way better than just my one head!
